Individual Sponsorship Opportunities

Apart from the Sponsorship Package, the meeting offers various opportunities for companies to expose themselves and embrace opportunities to network with leading and upcoming experts in Somnology.

N.B. All the prices listed are inclusive of taxes.

Academic Sessions

1. Luncheon Seminars / Satellite Sessions: 30,00,000 INR

2. Evening Seminars: 17,00,000 INR

The availabilities are limited, and slots are provided at the first-come, first-served basis.

N.B. The choice of chair and speaker and theme of seminar/session must be discussed with the chair of this congress.

  • Date and time of the luncheon seminar /satellite session / Evening Seminar will be determined by the meeting organizer accordingly to the meeting programs.
  • Sponsorship fee includes following items.
    • Seminar room, anteroom, basic equipment
      (PC projector, screen, audio equipment, lighting, digital timer, microphones, PC operator)
  •  Sponsorship fee does not include the following items.
    • Honorarium, transportation and accommodation for chair and speaker(s)
    • Food and Drinks: Lunch for participants, meals and drinks for chair and speaker(s)
    • Staff: AV operator, MC, lighting, session secretariat, receptionists, etc.
    • Session board, name board
    • Additional Equipment: Recording, PC and monitor in the anteroom.

Orders for the additional equipment and staffs, etc. can be made to the secretariat, Convention Linkage, Inc. The charges for the items ordered as option will be invoiced by Convention Linkage, Inc. after the meeting.

ASRS 2025 will invite all the participants to join the welcome reception held on the 1st day of the meeting.
The acknowledgement will be addressed at the opening, and the company logo will appear on the signboard.

13. Gala Dinner [2 companies]: 5,00,000 INR

The company logos are printed on the Gala Dinner tickets.
The acknowledgement will be address at the opening, and the company logos will appear on the signboard.

14. Break: 2,50,000 INR/break

Breaks are scheduled twice/thrice a day during the meeting.
You can distribute the promotion leaflets at the break space, and your company names will appear on the program book.
